Individuals with a neat appearance, friendly demeanor, good communication skills, customer-service orientation, interest in our games and the ability to meet the physical requirements laid out below.

You must read and absorb the Volunteer Manuel and complete the Volunteer Orientation Class prior to starting.  You are expected to wear the appropriate attire and show up by your call time. Volunteers coming in later than the assigned call time could be sent home at the discretion of the Event Manager.  Each volunteer should be comfortable standing for long periods of time and able to easily walk up and down stairs.

Once you complete the orientation program we ask that you maintain active status by volunteering at least four events per season.  If you become inactive you will be dropped from the program.

The entire season will be sixteen events between April 6, 2022 to June 26,2022, exact dates to be provided once finalized. Special incentives provided for anyone who volunteers the entire season. 

Volunteers stay through the duration of either the first half or second half of the game. The remaining time the volunteers are allowed to attend the game.

Yes, volunteers are given (2) General Tickets per game. Tickets will be distributed to volunteers one hour prior to game start time.

All food and drinks must be consumed before you check in for your assignments. If you bring food with you, you will be asked to remain in the designated area until you finish eating, and you are expected to finish in time to begin your shift as scheduled.
